By accessing ziibot.org and using our WhatsApp automation services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Atriss For Services SARL.
Ziibot facilitates interactions via the WhatsApp Cloud API. By using our service, you also agree to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy. Failure to comply with Meta's terms may result in immediate suspension of your Ziibot account.
Users are responsible for obtaining explicit consent (opt-in) from their customers before sending messages via Ziibot. You agree not to use the service for spam, fraudulent activities, or the distribution of prohibited content as defined by Lebanese law and Meta's policies.
Atriss For Services SARL provides this service "as is." We are not liable for any service interruptions caused by Meta/WhatsApp infrastructure or for any business losses resulting from account suspensions issued by Meta.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Beirut.
